I am a psychologist, and most often people come to me not just with anxiety or relationship difficulties. But with a feeling that is hard to admit even to oneself: that "something is wrong with me." This can manifest in different ways: — constant dependence on others' opinions — painful comparison of oneself with others — fear of being seen and visible — strong self-criticism and anxiety — emotional dependence in relationships — feeling of inner "insufficiency" — difficulties with intimacy and contact with oneself And behind this almost always lies one thing — the absence of a stable inner sense of support: "I am okay." During my practice, I have conducted 1200+ consultations and help people get out of these states, build inner support, and gradually stop living from the feeling of one's own "wrongness." In my work, I use CBT, gestalt approach, and client-centered therapy — a combination that allows working with thoughts, feelings, and how a person experiences themselves in relationships. For me, therapy is a space where you don't have to be "right," comfortable, or strong. Where you can gradually regain the feeling of support and the right to be yourself.
