Friends! From June 10 to 12 we are going for a yoga weekend in Batumi. Mahinjauri area: 5 min to the beach, 15 min to the Botanical Garden. Mini hotel with a hall, kitchen and a very beautiful Italian-style territory. 4 sessions. Morning: Breathing exercises (Kriyas) and joint gymnastics (Sukshma Vyayama). Evening: Commentary on the classic text "Hatha Yoga Pradipika", asanas, pranayama, meditation. Instructor with over 20 years of experience. Accommodation price: 50 Gel per room per night. (can be shared by two) Sessions price: 40 Gel Transport not decided yet. Either bus "Metro" (25 Gel one way), or car. Entrance to the Botanical Garden: 20 Gel. We cook breakfast ourselves. I will teach how to make Masala chai and other Indian delicacies.
