I am a psychologist, and most often people come to me not just with anxiety or relationship problems. Behind this usually lies a deeper feeling: "There is something wrong with me." It manifests in different ways: — dependence on others' opinions — constant comparison of oneself to others — fear of expressing oneself — anxiety and self-criticism — emotional dependence — feeling of inner "inadequacy" — difficulties in relationships and loss of contact with oneself Over the course of my practice, I have conducted 1200+ consultations and helped many people build inner support, break free from destructive scenarios, and start living without the constant "I am not enough." In my work, I rely on CBT, Gestalt, and client-centered approaches. For me, therapy is a space where a person can safely be themselves. Without needing to earn love, conform, and always be "convenient."
