By using teleposter.online (the “Service”), you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
About the Service
teleposter is an information intermediary. We collect listings from public Telegram chats, organize them, and link to the original messages. We do not participate in transactions, charge commissions, accept payments, or become a party to agreements between users. Each listing's author and rights holder remains the person who posted it in Telegram.
Responsibility
Third parties create the listings. We do not verify or guarantee their accuracy, the quality, availability, or condition of goods, or the conduct of buyers and sellers. Users interact directly and at their own risk. Check the other party and the terms of any transaction yourself.
Removing listings and stopping collection
If you authored a listing and do not want it shown here, sign in with Telegram under My listings to remove matched posts and stop new ones from being collected. You can also email us to request removal:
Territory and applicable law
The Service processes public data from multiple countries (Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Serbia). Listings may be subject to different jurisdictions. Users must comply with the laws applicable to them, including rules on personal data and listings. If one provision of these terms is invalid in a jurisdiction, the remaining provisions still apply.
